Dehydration? Not eating calories recommened (ie setting weight loss goal too high?). I sometimes confuse hunger/cravings when truly I realize I haven't had enough water for the day. Hope this might help.

I work in a doctors office and a patient called in asking for the "short heavy set nurse". Uh, well I'm the only nurse who works in my office so it was a huge slap in the face...but it was definite wake up call.

I am at the end of week 2. Its a faster paced yoga. Some videos are relatively easy and others are difficult. Great Core workout and a good balance between upper/lower workout. I actually feel better after working out in the morning. Somedays I work out after work, and some in the morning, depends. Fridays and the weekends I have been working out in the mornings because if I relax at home all day I don't want to work out. I've never tried drinking coffee before, that sounds amazing. I love coffee!

My goal weight is 150#. I have always been a bigger girl and even when very active growing through my teen years I had difficulty with keeping my weight below 160#.
