I buy a chocolate cake mix and use diet coke or pepsi in it. No eggs, no oil. Be sure to only make them in cupcake liners. They are delicious!

I am enjoying doing RI30 over 30DS. Better exercises than the 30DS. I do the CD 5 days a week along with 4 days of Zumba. Weekends are a rest for me. This is my 2nd day of Week 1 and I'm loving it! Someday I will do pushups on my toes. Infact, I think tomorrow I will try it!!

This weekend I bought flatouts, sundried tomato turkey and made a wrap with low fat american cheese, 2 tablespoon of low fat ranch dressing and 2 full leaves of romaine lettuce. YUM! Sometimes I add chow mein noodles too!

If I can't do some of the cardio moves, I just do jumping jacks. I figure as long as I'm moving, I'm doing good. I have a really hard time trying to jump and kick myself in the butt!

I love Zumba! I go 4 nites a week and wish we did 6 nights! We have the best instructor and have at least 1 new song a week! It will be 2 years in Feburary since I've started.
