Thanks for the advice guys, just to let you know I couldn't save enough calories for my curry in the end, oh well there's alway tomorrow.

Well done for keeping it up even on the dark days, maybe you could get some swim socks and head down to the pool.

Just to add to the above comment, you would probably benefit from fitting some swimming into you cardio routine.

It makes no difference as long as you are under you calorie goal, it is however not so good for your soul as the energy that would normally be spent replenishing you is used digesting the food.

Why not try and catch some fish! Also there is a fun way of cooking baked potatoes by burying them with coals in an underground oven.

I cook for the family and I cook separate food for them, mainly because my wife has a hard job and needs the extra calories, lol eating my child's left overs! I really struggle with this, like today I made her a steak and ale pie and she only had a mouthful, oh the temptation. Lucky for my dog tho.
