Hey! I eat a little of every food group and have the same calorie goal. I *try* to limit the less healthy options but it's not always easy.

I'm on the same boat! Mid 30's 8ish lbs to lose ideally. Mostly just trying to stay healthy.

I'm with you! I've had ups and downs with it for a decade. Talking to a pro helped but Holidays kill me for some reason... like I already ate too much why not?

I am in the exact same boat! (Even out goals are similar!). Do you use the app? I need someone to make me weigh in... I make excuses and avoid it :(
