I am not sure which way to eat!! Low-carb is faster but I've been doing that for so long that it gets boring. I would like to have an English muffin in the morning and sweet potato fries every now and then at dinner. What diet or way of eating are you are following? My doctor said to cut my calories to 1200 a day and I will lose weight. I'm just not sure what to even eat anymore

Hey! I eat a little of every food group and have the same calorie goal. I *try* to limit the less healthy options but it's not always easy.1

I am going to eat "normally" but keep my protein higher and carbs lower. I am just so tired of eliminating food. I like plain Greek yogurt and blueberries with an English muffin with a think slice of provolone cheese. Keeps me full until lunch. What about you?0
