Well, remember that drinking milk from cows or other animals contains cholesterol. Soy milk does not. Plus, you can get everything you need from soy milk and no animals had to suffer for it :)

Also, how do I get people off my back about how I'm not healthy b/c of the way I eat?? Obviously, they don't really know what they're talking about. I live in the states where everything is always about meat and sugary products.
