You look freaking awesome! Great transformation! I'm really bad about the food too. My husband has a super high metabolism and can eat anything and everything and not gain a single pound. My problem is thinking I can eat like him lol. You are a wonderful inspiration though! Great work!

Today was day 9 of level 2 for me. I looove level 2!! It is more challenging but it goes by so much more quickly. I'm excited to see what is in store for me in level 3!

I have a water bottle that holds 3 cups and I usually fill it up 3 to 4 times a day, so anywhere from 9-12 cups, sometimes less, sometimes more.

I exercise when I am on my period. I have found that it actually helps me with my cramps!

I am on day 3 of level 1. Some it is pretty easy and other parts kill me! Either way I am dripping sweat by the end of it. Its a good workout and I am hoping to see good results :) You should try it!
