Since we're not district I don't have that option. Our school doesn't have the calorie info readily available on the website or on our operations area, that I can see, and neither does our food partner.

My lunch always feels way too small, I'm hungry at like 4pm :(
-
I'm in a Charter school, not a district school, so things run a bit differently, our nurse would definitely not have the info, our head chef and sous chef would have ingredient lists but I'm not sure about the calorie counts... I could definitely reach out to our food partner though. (We partner with a special company to…

I'm wondering if the milk is automatically included in the calories? If so, that's a 110 cal savings I have right there because I drink water instead.

Slytherin. But hufflepuff could be cool.

Thanks for the responses so far everyone!!

It mostly has to do with their texture in relation to other foods it's with. When they're on their own it's a taste thing purely.

thanks for the list/thoughts!

twists, bicycles, cross over toe touches on your back with your legs up in the air, reverse crunches (lay on your back and put your legs in table top position, them bring them out and in) crunches instead of sit ups (you don't go up as high, just lift up your shoulders). planks :P inchworms.

I'm a huge cheater and really hate doing lots of work :P but honestly, I might. I'm not the target for this though, since I'm not considered obese. The idea is tempting tho :P

Financial Aid Administrator and Marketing Administrator. I wear multiple hats here.

Same here, I always lose the color in the thigh area of dark wash, and then the holes start to come :(

Only jeans I foudn that fit right now are the old navy "rockstars" which are skinny jeans. Size 12 is a little large for me right now but the 10's are still a bit too tight to wear unless I'm having a really good day, lol

Gets even harder when your waist/hip measurements are not "average" ratios. size 8 waist with a size 14+ hip means no pants ever fit and if they do, they don't look good.
-
Well it WAS to fit into my dresses for my upcoming wedding and today I found out I achieved that goal! Next goal is to minimize the back cleavage the dresses give me and to tone up my arms! I fit in the dresses but now I want to look FABULOUS in them.

Haven't really noticed any weight gain. Hard time losing but I think that's a bunch of other factors and not mirena. This is the best BC I've ever been on. Had it nearly three years, only had spotting and periods for a few months after insertion. Now I get a day of super light spotting every few months.

In that case, I totally agree. I don't know why your friends won't discuss it though, talking about it makes more people aware, and helps break apart the misconceptions!
-
Just as you broke up for reasons, you started dating for reasons too. I try to stay on good terms with all of my ex's. My ex-fiance is one of my closest friends (it took about a year of time apart to rebuild the friendship though) and my husband loves him too.

I was very underweight as a child, very active and had a good metabolism and was a picky eater so I often ended up only eating half servings of dinner. I started putting on a normal amount of weight during puberty, and then when I was about 18 my activity levels dropped and my eating habits got even worse and I started…

Under my desk at work? Seriously I bought a ton from www.miraclenoodle.com and the only variety of it I like is the rice.

We were both poly before we met. When we got into a relationship we hammered out some guidelines, and those were in place before the marriage.

a little bit of low calorie marinara on a flatout wrap. 1/4 cup 2% mozzarella and 7 pepperoni. they're a hit in our house (though the non dieters like to add extra cheese and pepperoni)

I totally support your decision. If you want to be mono, be mono. It is a perfectly valid lifestyle for some people. I also happen to think my lifestyle is perfectly valid for some people. Including me :) I'm glad to see that you agree!

It's actually not that dissimilar. One of the only useful things about that whole book. Yeah the "rules and regulations" aren't sexy, but they're useful.
-
Also to touch on the topics you listed: Disease- We're comprehensively tested every 6 months and any one who wishes to be with us must do the same, and show us the results. We are friends with our partners, no casual hook ups, so we all talk openly about our sexual histories. Barriers are used for penetrative sex with…

Swinger (to me) is couples that go out to have sex with other couples or "partner swap" or go to swingers parties and hook up there. Ploy as I practice it means that my husband and I date and we form relationships with other people. All are friendly, some are more romantic than others, some are more physical. My husband…

Awesome response.

Why is it "wrong" if both spouses agree? How does it affect your life if I choose to be with other people?
