I'm poly, not a swinger. I got married because I want to share the rest of my life with my husband. Being with one person doesn't have to mean you're not with other people, if that's agreed on. You have room for family, kids, friends, work, etc. in your life. Why can't you have room for more love (or sex?).

I'm doing both. I count my calories here, and I also calculate my points. When I have money/time I'll start doing meetings but right now I'm going rogue and using a calculator app. Only been going for about a week so haven't really noticed much difference yet, but we'll see :)

The worst. I get so angry when people are like "You're trying to lose weight?! You don't need to, you look great!" well sorry but my doctor and my knees and my lungs are all telling me I actually do need to lose weight, and I'm not doing it for YOU anyway, so back off!! I am set for about 1400 a day but end up going over by about 2000 a week (I make my cheat days count, lol) so it evens out to about 1700 per day.

5'4" (5'3.75" technically I guess) started around 177 and am now at about 167.5. I'd like to get down to 135 but I know it wilol be hard for me to maintain there. I'm going to aim for between 140 and 150.

If OP is looking for hormone free, they can also look in to getting a copper IUD which is totally hormone free, is good for 8-10 years, and doesn't require you doing anything at all during the time it is in.

When I had a mole removed the incision site was only maybe a couple of centimeters outside of the actual area of the mole. But my scar did NOT fade, due to the stitches falling out too early and no one helping me with my butterfly bandages :(
