To add to other people's suggestions, you can have baked apple slices. Just make sure they are baked long enough with enough moisture that they fall apart easily. Slicing avocado and sprinkling a little salt on them is tasty too if you like avocado.

I have recently become addicted to peanut butter cheerios. I'm not normally I huge peanut butter person, but I love that cereal.

Grilled cheese sandwich made on light bread, 2% milk cheese, and butter flavored non-stick spray. But only when I'm particularly lazy :p

You can try making Temaki zushi and just leave out the rice. I don't have an recipes on hand, but if you look it up you can find some. You might be able to use abura age (fried tofu bags) in place of rice, but I don't know what you could fill it with other than sumeshi (sushi rice).

If you want to drink juice, there is Trop50 orange juice that is made with less sugar and is healthier. Otherwise, you can get vitamins from many better sources.

It may seem like most men are like this, but it is most likely a misconception based on a stereotype. For instance, say I think that all old people smell bad. Every time I pass by an old person that smells, I think this is evidence to support my theory. Yet I may also pass by countless old people who didn't smell, but…

For how complicated of a cake that is, I think it turned out awesome. It may have imperfections here and there, but it definitely beats paying for a professional to make it :D

Suave Clinical Protection. I inherited large sweat glands from my dad so it was a miracle when stores started carrying the stronger deodorants. I buy Suave's because it's the cheapest of this kind ($5 versus $8 for the other stuff).

Depends on how much you weigh now. This was actually my summer goal and I've pretty much met it, but I still have more to lose. A year should be plenty of time, either way.

I wish I could say, but instead of buying new pants, I got a sturdy belt with lots of holes XD In a couple of weeks I should be getting new clothes for back to school so I'll find out then.

I have lightning bolt shaped scar. I got it when I was one year old by an evil... electric socket  And it's on my hand. I would be horrified if it was on my face. That would be hard to explain XD

It may sound strange, but cantaloupe with salt sprinkled on it is very tasty. As for me, I always crave oranges during my totm

You build muscles during rest. That said, you can make a routine to run/walk on day, then do strength training focusing on upper body the next day. Then you are focusing on different muscles each day and allowing them to rest too. It just depends on what you want to do.

Thinks... thinks... thinks... nothing I do need to refill my water bottle. Does that count?

Coffee is wonderful. I use fat-free half and half which is 10 calories a tablespoon, and sweeten with stevia. Since a Brazilian post on here it reminded me of mate if you want to try something international. It's like a really strong tea that is drunk through a metal straw and cup made for the drink. It has more caffeine…

Let me love you :flowerforyou: @Topic: Get a coffee maker? You'll save so much more money in the long run than buying out everyday. And if you like creamer I suggest fat-free half and half. Only 10 calories a tablespoon.

I had a similar moment when I started this site. I went to the doctor and was blown by what the scale says (reality really slapped me in the face). Then in the office when the nurse was putting in my numbers I could see how the pounds came on little by little the past four years. That was when I thought, "Something needs…

I was like your kids when I was their age. I could not stand any vegetables. They tasted way to strong for me. Then there was a point when I was 18 or so when my taste buds must of had a group suicide because they started not tasting as bad as they used to. I don't know if this ever happens to anyone else, but there may be…
