I've lived both in Florida and in Hawaii and it's overrated. I live in California now and it's overrated too. I want to live on a deserted island. The best place other than that would have to be Japan. Loved living there!

I create the exercise on MFP under Cardiovascular Exercise and when I work out I use a HRM and note how much calories I burn and the length of the exercise and file it under "my exercise" then everytime I do that DVD I use that to log. I wouldn't drive to go to the gym when I can stay home and do my Team Beach Body workouts like, Insanity, RevAbs, and P90X. I hate wasting time driving, looking for parking, changing clothes, and waiting around for machines or equipments.

I weigh myself everyday and it's worked out fine. I can tell if it's water weight or real weight by looking at my food log!
