  • There is really something going around. I haven't been able to start yet either due to illness. My cough sounds like I'm trying to hack up a lung. I finally got on antibiotics & hope to start next Monday 1/13.

  • If you brush your teeth, you won't want to snack. It's a trick I use to keep from going over my calories sometimes. I've found it very effective. :heart: Christy
