  • Mine's practically attached to me all the time. I take it off the sleep and shower and thats about it (well, maybe one other thing!:embarassed: ) I do get points which convert to $'s though through my employer. I don't see any reason to take it off unless its in the way or something.
  • I third Jillian Micheals! I love Jackie Warner too! When I first started I noticed changes in my arms in only a week! Her video is split into 3 20 min sections like the Jillian Michaels, but each one focuses on a different body part (arms, legs, abs) and adds a little cardio in there too.
  • In order to absorb all the calcium, you also need an adequate amount of vitamin D in your diet. If you only went over in one day it shoudl be no big deal. If you did it on a daily basis you would most likely feel it's effects by being constipated!:frown:
  • Oh, you will love it! It's addicting! Anyways, I am pretty sure Itunes has different mixes you can buy and so does the Nike website. I don't use that website much, but it's the one that shows your runs and where you can sign up to race against other random people. Not sure how much the mixes the cost though either.
  • I do the fat free hot chocolate too! Much better than spitting it out.
