Hi! I'm a mum to two small children my daughter is 4 on the 8th of October and my son is 1 on 9th of September. I've lost 17lbs so far with another 70 to go (I put about 4 stone on with my daughter and never list it as I knew I'd have another) I'm done having children now and will get rid of the weight. Lou x

Day 4 Level 3 done! It's getting a little easier, still cannot do the jump cardio circuit (I replace with jumping jacks with weights and chair squats with V presses) Considering what to do next. I have 6weeks 6pack, boost metabolism banish fat, no more trouble zones and insanity

Well done to making it to level 2! It's tough but by the end you feel like you did at the end of level 1, and the realisation that you can do this hits you! Day 2 level 3 for me today but the 4 hours at the zoo yesterday have done my hips in so we will see what kind of impact that has when I'm done. :/

So sore after yesterday's level 3 workout (was my first day) so took a rest day and walked for about 2&1\2 hours at the zoo (we were there for 4 hours but obviously we didn't walk the whole time) will do day 2 tomorrow sore or not! Mainly thighs and back muscles (below my should blade) :s

I will but I'm having to do the mod versions for quite a few. Will work up to normal versions by day 5 (I hope!)

Oh happy day thanks for that link. I can understand better now. I guess I'll just have to deal with it as an extra boost when my will power is low to workout ;)

Thank you MSF74. Glad to hear I'm not alone or that it's strange. Liftin4food I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, and extra core work as I have a very large tum with weakened muscles from muscle separation from having two big babies. :)
