I was able to run and climb with my kids at the park today without losing energy. I even had enough energy to come home and make enchiladas for dinner!

You also have to remember that you are already in a healthy BMI for your height so any weight loss is going to be slower and take time. I would definitely eat more than 1200 for as much as you are working out.

I don't eat out too often but when I do i just make sure to save a huge chunk of calories. I had sushi this week! I don't let it weight loss keep me from going out when I can afford too. Just bust your booty the next day at the gym. I do that too.

I just save calories so I can snack in the evening. Those mostly come from exercise.

Seems this time just brings out the sickness in me. The first 3 days of 2017 I was unable to work out due to strep throat but I'm back! 1/4 - 3.1 miles My January goal is 40 miles.

I'm going to keep a pair of pants for progress pictures and a reminder but I plan on donating everything within the next month. It's a goal for 2017 to get rid of all clothes unable to be worn!
