Are you factoring in the calories burned producing milk? I've read varying accounts of just exactly how many calories we are talking here but I've heard that it is roughly 500cals a day. Something to think about.

I've lived off of 1100-1200/cals a day for years and I always thought that because of my small stature My body just needed less calories. I was dancing 30 hours a week, going to school full time, and working full time. It wasn't until last week that I finally started eating back the majority of my excerise calories. I…

Lemony Greek Yogurt Cheesecake 2 cups Greek Yogurt (I've heard that you should only use whole or 2% but nonfat worked out fine for me) 2/3 cup White Granulated Sugar 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest Juice of 1 Large Lemon 2 Eggs 1 Pie Crust (I've used frozen but I'm sure some crushed graham crackers or pecan sandies would be great) All…

It's stories like this that keep me motivated to never give up on my goals.

I walt a lot of Greek yogurt because it keeps me full and its high in protein.

I like to do 45-60min of cardio daily if my schedule permits (being an in home nanny this week is killing my exercise routine) and then I tend to lift 4 or 5 days a week with varying intensity. I don't like to take a day off of card simply because I love doing it. Whether I'm doing the elliptical, stairs, or treadmill it…

Their "chicken" patties, burgers, and breakfast links are good (I much prefer the links to real meat). An even better meat replacement brand is Gardein. Their Seven Grain Chickn Tenders are AMAZING.

I'm 5' and i'd like to get to my prime dancing weight which was 115. Once I'm thee I'll see where I'm at and then go from there. Transitioning from dancing 30 hours a week to just relying on the gym has been really difficult but I think I'm finally getting to a good place in my workout routine.

So say mfp has you losing a pound a week (1lb=3500calories) so you would have to burn 500 calories in addition to the amount of calories your body naturally burns. When you sign up for mfp it asks you about your age, height, weight, and lifestyle. It then takes that data and translates it into the amount of calories your…

I'm from Hawaii and our tap water is (IMHO) way better than most bottled water. Aquafina and Disani taste worse than San Antonio tap water.

I like to do a big handful of fresh spinach, a Kirkland (Costco) turkey patty, a sunny side up egg, and sriracha. It's low carb, pretty low fat, and packed with protein.

Lose the thighs and firm the bum.

I hope I stay for the long haul. It's easy for me to just forget about a nibble of brownie here, and a small frappucino there and I know that will lead to me not being as healthy as I can be.

It sounds like you are in a really good place right now which makes all the difference in losing weight and getting fit. I would love to be your mfp buddy!

I just started up on mfp after a pretty long hiatus and I'm so glad to be back. I love it here!
-
I'm 5ft too! (I say I'm 5'1 but that is a lie). I've been doing mfp for a while off and on but vie just joined the community and I love it!

I couldn't really get in to 30 ds but it really could have just been my mindset at the time. I just started JMs Ripped in 30 and I absolutely love it.
-
I liked 30ds but I got bored with it pretty quickly. I just bought JM's Ripped in 30 on iTunes and after three days I haven't lost interest yet. The meal plan on her site is rally good too.

I'm 23 and I'm back to mfp after a bit of a hiatus so I can lose the weight ive gained since moving to a colder climate. I'm 23 years old and I'm hoping that utilizing the mfp community will help me to stay on track. So far I've met some really great, supportive ladies.
