My wife always says 0 points is not free. I am 5' 9" 238 lbs. I have been as high as 270 - many years ago I lost 60 lbs on MFP. My plan this time is to lose 40 and then consider ww which may be a better lifestyle choice.

Spin class ahain today. Another I use a heart rate monitor during spin. This was today’s. Now for the week I have over 2600 call left.

Also what is the difference between total and net. By the way I hate seeing a Day that I govern over my allocated calories.

I have my settings on Sedentary. All of my logging goes on myfitness pal not on fitbit. Most days I earn way more calories then I eat. Since Jan I have lost 38 lbs. doing it this way. My step goal is 6,500 steps per day. I usually do about 8,000 steps. I always end up being under on my calories but I know if I need a…

I use both.. A HRM (Polar) For workouts and fitbit all of the time. The HRM does a good job of telling you calories burned.
