I guess most of us find it acceptable to talk to ourselves that way. Maybe we think its how others would talk to us if they could speak their mind? I doubt it. It is (in my case anyway) LOW SELF ESTEEM! We are much harder on ourselves than we need to be. My opinion for what its worth!
