If you like walking the "Walk it Out" game is great. It is a little older game but is great. It takes your mind off walking and before you know it you have walked 5 miles. You can order off Amazon.

I would love to join. I actually just finnished day 6 of 30 last night. It is a good hard workout. I would love some friends to join in. I will post my measurements later. My starting weight for the 30 day shred was 201.

I started yesterday and man I am sore today. I found muscles I didn't even know I had. Looking forward to round 2 tonight after work. I hope I make it.

I would also like to get down to about 140 pounds. I started out at 244 and I am currently at 199 as of this morning. I just started the 30 Day Shred yesterday. It is a great workout! Feel free to friend me we can do this together.

I just started the 30 day Shred last night. It is a great workout. You can do it in a small area, I done mine in my livingroom in about a 5x5 area. I used 2 pound weights. I must say I am feeling it today. I can't wait to see results. It is very user friendly too. you will love it!

You could also try the Walk it Out game for the Wii, if you have one. It is low impact and you can move at your own pace. Once I get started playing on it the time just flies. Only do what you fell your legs can handle.

Also, the Kellogs cracker chips are great! You can have 30 chips for 110 calories. There are 2 or 3 different kinds. Sea salt and sour cream and onion.
