  • You look tiny in your profile picture! Why are you even wanting to lose weight - your body looks amazing! At 5'8", (I'm the same height) 125lbs is very thin - don't kill yourself to get there. 137 is a very healthy weight for that height! Good luck with everything!

  • OMG - I'm so glad I'm not the only one!!! Not that I wish it upon ANYONE but it's encouraging to know that I'm not the only one dealing with it! Thanks for the support guys!
  • Definately peanut butter... I try to mostly eat it with something like rice crackers or a banana. But sometimes once I get going I just can't stop! Oh - and wine. It's really hard to turn down a good glass of wine. :o)
  • Just stick with it! Don't lose focus - I find that once I let myself think I'm doing good, I start slacking. Good luck - I hear Turks and Caicos is amazing!! You can do it! Positive thinking!
