Thank you for this!!! I get so frustrated when I don't see results on the scale but I have to remember there's more to it than that!! I've been good in the past about not letting the scale deter me but lately it's been hard. Congratulations on everything you've accomplished!

Congrats girl!! I love these moments - and funny enough mine was in a Gap store as well! I was the same - had always squeezed into a 10 and all the sudden I was trying on 4's! Crazy but a wonderful feeling all at the same time. :o)

I did this yesterday and I loved every minute of it!! This morning was another story though....my body is sooo not used to eating like that anymore so I felt pretty yucky until about 11am! But good for you - we all need this once in a while!

I love omelettes! I usually throw in anything I have on hand. Favorites are black olives, cilantro, ham, red pepper, chili peppers, cumin, cayenne pepper, pineapple, cheese, black beans.... and I usually add avocado slices to the top once out of the pan. Yum!!

For snacks I usually do veggies or fruit - sometimes yogurt. I would try to stay away from pre-packaged foods like pita chips, etc. - eat as clean as you can and you'll feel your best! And I would suggest that you really reconsider not eating back your excercise calories - it seems odd but it really does work when you do…
