NSV - Push ups!

Today I did 10 push ups.

In a row.

Without pausing, grunting or having sweat bead on my forehead.

    Well done! I find them so hard,
    Can barely do 5 in a row :(

    A quick tip on any body weight is to use full body tension!

    So a push up is like a plank!

    You assume plank position with the body completely rigid.
    Make your butt feel like you are pinching a penny between the crack.
    Abs tense.
    Arms tense.
    Lower slowly but dont let the belly sag!
    Youll turn this into a full body workout in no time!

    I have 2 rooms that are body weight "Traps"!
    Every time I walk through the room I have to do either 12 controlled pushups when passing through my second bedroom.
    If I go to the basement I have to do 8-12 chin ups when I enter and exit.
