I have done this same thing! :)

Can I join too? I am starting on Monday. :)

I'll join you all for July! I totally need a challenge!

You look FANTASTIC MAMA!

I LOVE artic zero. You can literally eat the entire tub ( not that you should) and its still minimal calories.

Agreed. My calorie allotment for the day is 1390. And, today, I allowed myself a nice sweet cinnamon roll! Super sweet and delicious, under 200 calories, and I felt like I got a treat! Definitely don't want to restrict yourself too heavily, because it's really hard to maintain and not binge.

First, congrats on your twins!!! That's so exciting! I have twins, a boy and a girl, and they are turning 3 this July. It's been a wild ride so far.... Anyway, in regards to the tummy.... Oh man, I wish mine were better for sure. But, I must say, I haven't given it a huge focus until this past year. The first two years of…

Thanks for all of your wonderful replies and ideas. I am thinking Yoga might be a great thing for me to try. That, and sticking to my calorie range and eating well. I would have posted sooner, but my internet went down. lol, such timing. I truly appreciate your responses.

Haven't tried it, but have heard about it. Am considering it.....Let me know how it works for you.

Agreed. Totally not uncommon. I think anyone who has either lost weight in the past or has been on a diet for years, constantly thinks about eating, calorie counts, and what time they get to eat again.

Me too this.....

I totally get where you are coming from. I have been there..... several times. I just joined MFP (after leaving WW) and I am attempting to lose the same 25+ pounds I have lost a few times. This is not my highest, by any means. I am trying, however, to do what others have suggested to you. Change the voice in my head. Not…

I suspect, although please just ask the question to your hubbys doc, that they want him to lose some weight rather quickly given his size. He falls in to the "obese" category at that weight. And, although that is a low amount of calories, you can drop some weight quickly with this plan. Then, I bet, they will put him on a…

Yeah, what she said! :)

This is also what one of my good friends chose to do, and it has worked for her. I am trying this approach very slowly, so I can make it a habit and a lifestyle. It's hard for sure, but I really appreciate your response. I agree with you completely.

Great idea about the calendar! I am going to start doing that one too. I also notice the week leading up to my period, not only am I super moody and hungry, but my BP goes up!
-
Unfortunately, I understand where you are coming from. I do really well for three weeks, and then the week leading up to my period (and it starting) I eat everything in the house. All reason leaves my brain. Willpower fades away. I don't have an answer for you. But, I can share what I am trying to do and so far, it has…

I get this feeling when I have over done it on FIBER. Gives me the way overfull feeling. I was taking a fiber supplement, along with eating tons of foods that had fiber in them naturally .... had to drop the supplement and the feeling went away.

Thanks, these are some great options! All sound yummy.

My goal is between 145/150. I am closer to 5'8, and currently 174 pounds.
