Hi everyone, My ENT has suggested a minimally invasive FESS surgery to open up my maxillary sinuses, which are anatomically blocked. I also have a slight deviated septum, which I had fixed 20 years ago and it somehow re-deviated. My doc won't fix the deviation, unless he cannot open the maxillary sinus without doing it.…

Yoga DVD recommendations
I belong to a gym, but they only offer two yoga classes, one is in the mornings which I can't make due to schedule issues, and the other is at night and generally pretty packed.
