  • Great job everyone! The scale is looking good, I am down, but don't want to record it because I have been VERY out of my routine, so I am not sure it's so true. Not feeling well at all either...damn cold, the guy I am seeing and my roommates have really bad colds, so I am just waiting now :(

  • As a diet coke ADDICT myself, I gave up it up cold turkey for 3-4 months and now I set goals for myself, like I have to drink ALL my water for the day and then I can have ONE. It's hard, but worth it!

  • YES!!! It is the Tri State Trek! My father passed away from ALS in in 2008 and the first day of the ride has been named after him. He completed the Trek when he had already been diagnosed for 1 year on a Recumbent bike... so I feel like I should be able to do it as well.
  • I know it is a VERY hard feat, that is why I am concerned about wanting to do it. My brother did it a few years ago (and has done it every year since) without training, but he was an avid athlete when he was younger. I do not have a bike or idea of where to get one or what size.

  • My 110 lb Great Dane mix thinks its a game and wants to play, I have to block off the living room with a chair....but he still makes his way under the coffee table and ends up under my feet!
  • I was too embarrassed to let ANYONE take my photos...so the only progress pictures I have are of my back, in the mirror and WOW I am glad I did that!! That is one thing I really wish I did. I mean I have photos of when I was heavy, but nothing in my skivvies :o)

  • I am aiming for 100-125 lost and already I am a completely different person! I was depressed beyond belief and hated working out or anything physical. Now, if I miss a few days at the gym I feel myself starting to get depressed again! A complete 180 for me, a lifestyle makeover!
