I was told nothing two hours before your bed time. Your last meal should be the one with the lest sugar and crabs. What have work for me is to eat at 7:30 AM 10:00 AM 12:30 PM and again at 3:00 ,5:15 and the last meal is at 7:30 and I go to bed at 9:00 when I can. Hopes this will help you.

Hello : Today at work a Co-worker shared this site with me and I too would like someone to help keep me on track. I have lost just 4lbs and I work out Monday - Friday .I look forward to get down to 155lbs. Keep in touch. I was told what we eat is a great part of the weight lost.
