Trying out the community...Looking for support

Hello all,

I've been on this current weight loss journey since the end of January when I reached my highest weight ever of 180lbs. I felt so bad about myself and hated looking in the mirror. Since then, I've dropped almost 20lbs and have gotten a personal trainer to work out with twice a week. I also work out and do cardio.

My trainer (and a nutritionist) recommended this website to keep up with what I've been doing. So far I've been pretty sporadic with tracking my food/excercise but after hitting a plateau, my trainer has now asked me to start posting my food here.

I think if I get more involved with the community here it will be easier to stay on track. I'm looking for people that I can interact with and we can support each other in our weight loss journey. I'm looking forward to interacting with you all on here.

    Hello :

Today at work a Co-worker shared this site with me and I too would like someone to help keep me on track.
I have lost just 4lbs and I work out Monday - Friday .I look forward to get down to 155lbs. Keep in touch.
I was told what we eat is a great part of the weight lost.
