Covering my mouth with a scarf or mask, albuterol 5-10 mins before I do anything, and taking Singulair nightly (which is hard, bc it was costing me $125 a month with insurance.)

Thu 11/15 - 2.0 miles on the elliptical in my garage Friday 11/16 - 9.5 miles on the elliptical at the gym (I don't get motivated at all at home!) Saturday 11/17 - 9.6 miles on the recumbant Add 21.1 miles, total - 66.5 miles! GOAL and then some! Excited to see what I can do in 6 or so more days at the gym this month!

6 miles on the elliptical tonight and ticker updated for a total of 45.4 so far MTD.

exrx.net is my favorite. And since it uses animated gifs to show the exercise, it works on iPhones when I'm in the gym!

5.73 miles yesterday between elliptical and bike. 33.33 miles so far!

Tuesday - 2.9 miles warmup on the bike before training, and 8.0 miles post workout cardio for a totai of 10.9 miles yesterday. Up to 27.6 miles total!

I was interested in it, but since reading about it and seeing you have to have monthly pregnancy tests, it wasn't for me. I'd be interested to see how much it helps over phen/diet/exercise alone.

Maybe, but I checked the measurements again, I ordered a size 5, and my bust is within that range and my rib cage is right at the upper limit of that range. I'm tempted to dump WW as well after seeing the barcode scanner for the MFP app, so much easier than trying to have to word prepackaged food correctly to track it. I was very up and down with WW, thinking I'll finally cancel my online subscript after 5 years!
