It could be water. Also you are female and us women go up and down depending on where we are in our cycle. You could be correct too. Another thing is depending on your starting weight and body chemistry, you could be losing quicker because of that. I lose mega slow, so my number never work out to what I actually lose.…

I've seen my go and chiro but not a podiatrist. I almost thought about seeing an orthopedist but maybe I'll see a podiatrist first. I'm not losing, I actually have gained a pound and I AM obese. I'm so sad that after Almost two weeks of eating better than I ever have and exercising that it still isn't working for me. Why bother is the way I feel right now....ugh!

I'm struggling still but trying. I'm very serious but man healthy foods are an acquired taste for sure. My first goal is to get under 200, so 16lbs should be an accessible goal! :)
