First, Any clue why the back of my knee would start hurting before starting en exercise regimen and consistently get worse? Second, why do the bottom of my feet feel excrutiating pain running and just under excrutiating walking at a moderate pace? Tried doc's and they don't know. Tried plenty of different shoes and no luck…
So if it says 24 sugars and 150 carbs in the goals, are those sugars part of the 150 carbs or on top of it? A label would list it as part of the carbs. Im confused!
