I get so annoyed when you tell people politely, no thanks, I don't want whatever they are offering (food and beverage). Especially alcohol. If I can get food vs alcohol, I take the food most time. If this is not your final goal, I would look for someone to alter a few clothes, then shop when I get to my final goal.

I swear bu biotin. My hair was thinning, and I started taking the biotin. I also started using WEN hair care. This is not a commerical for them, but WEN does not strip the hair of natural oils. Using the 2 my hair is much ticker, and really healthy. I get comments on how thing and shiny my hair is now.

Talk to you neigbhbors and have them watch out for you also. Just be cautious when you are out, keep looking around to see if there is someone out there. Get you some mace or pepper spray. Walmart $10. I would call the cops everytime he does something, then there is a record. Stay Safe.

I work in an office, an plan 2 walks around the facility during the day. Each one takes about 20 minutes.

I do 10,000 a day when i am at work. I usually do do walks around the facility, which takes about 20 minutes each, then i do an hour on the elliptical. Not sure if you are aware, but you can get kindle books from you local libraries. All you need is a library card (kow your passcode), and home computer. Great feature.

I would not send it. It is not mean, but she will come away from this with feeling you never thought of. If you are moving away, start a new life and sensor what you share. We only get one Mom, cherish her and forgive her, and you need to move on. Seeems like you have some unresolved feelings.

It is strange. Someone it motivates you to move more. I find myself planning walks at work to get to the goal I have set on the fitbit. Have mine a little over a week. Not sure I understand everything about it, but I am please.
