For me its not so much about what I eat its about planning. I plan what I eat the night before so I know I have the food in my house and when I am hungry what I can eat next. I went into the YMCA today to renew my member ship and to my surprise there was a Zumba Gold class getting ready to start. I love Zumba but have not been able to keep up with a regular class.
