Dont use to much. Stevia is really sweet. It just takes a verry little to go from the perfict cup of coffee to somthing I cant drink.

I do evening workouts usually eat a light supper before I go. Lean protein like chicken a veggie and a card. I eat less for dinner when I know I a working out after! Mine is public. I like looking at what people eat to get ideas too. I also like to make classic recipes healthy. Kinda the same for me. I My diet has changed a lot since I stopped nursing. I could not eat a lot of veggies or turkey it gave my son terrible gas. Never really had any weight loss while nursing just maintained.

I agree what do you put in it??? I use 1% milk and Stevia. So I always count the milk but not the coffee.

I agree something new. try to put a couple hours aside to just cook up some easy on the go meals so you can just grab and go.
