So I just did the math based on the equations above and to lose two pounds a week, I can only eat 979.2 calories a day. BMR= 1572 I only burn 250 calories on Body Revolution 30 minute workout. I just looked at a week of your diary entries and I don't see that you are really eating that much. not like 3000 calories or something. 1500-2000 seems ok if you are excercising.

Thanks! I agree! I figure a loss is a loss regardless of if it was accurate to begin with or not, if I lose 2% body fat for example, it's still 2% body fat. I look like the 30% picture and that's what my device says approximately. My goal is to be about 23-25%
