Thanks Shelly, excellent job so far!

Thanks ladies!! mlb, do you have before/after pictures?? 0 and 125, you must be solid muscle!

I'm in Afghanistan and was a social smoker on the weekends through college before this. I never smoked at work until I came over here. I said I would quit after my first year, but that first year turned into a 3 year deployment... I just turned 30 a few days ago and I know I need to quit for my health and for vanity…

It was my birthday today and we went out to dinner.... I did pretty bad. But we worked out this afternoon so I feel better... hoping to meet my goal still

Did good yesterday (my day 3) did JM No more Trouble Zones and ate ok... however, I seem to have this bad habit lately of eating cheese before bed the last few nights. I got this fancy gouda from Amsterdam and keep snacking on it... ugh. That and hershey's peppermint kisses.

This is so awesome! Day 1 was great, I ran/walked uphill for 45 min and ate well... but didn't go to the gym yesterday. Eating has improved and plan to go workout tonight. I need to log everything again, something I was obsessed with before vacation but have since fallen off the wagon... here's hoping this group helps!

I love this! I'm in! 10 pounds by christmas!!
-
I want to join to! I have been slacking big time since returning from vacation and I will be heading home in March and want to look like a new woman. Many of my coworkers I haven't seen for 3 years since I first deployed... ready for a healthy future!

So inspiring! Congratulations and you look amazing!

Bump... I was wondering the same thing!

your stats are the same as mine and I look like your inbetween stage!! 160, 33% bf on my omron handheld bf calculator at night (31% in the morning) not sure what the difference is... but I have lost 18 pounds, even though I look better, I'm still not where I want to be. Hope some day to be as hard core as you, you look…

The OP posted that months ago. I'm the one who restarted the topic.

You sound a little manic. You ok? No one said anything about spot reducing, it was just a question hoping to get a suggested diet plan, a consensus on if he should go low-carb, cut out wheat, etc etc... I have seen many varying opinions on here. Yours isn't really one I value, your delivery sucked even if it was right.

bump, my man is wondering the same thing... he's sitting next to me... would love some insight, i'm surprised there isn't a board on this already

I used to eat the cheese ravioli one in college but that's pretty much it, never filled me up. When I'm at work and need something quick, I love the Amy's Organic frozen meals... they are delicious, a little expensive and higher calories. but as long as you are still logging them and counting your calories, i'm sure they…

I'm starting it today with a work group however I think they are somewhere in month 2??? I figure it won't hurt to just jump right in. They do it 6 days a week in the evenings and from what I heard, they kind of skip around to a different dvd/workout depending on who gets to the workout room first... I know nothing about…

I have the syntha-6 chocolate milkshake and have tried their cookies and cream... both are sooo delicious. I actually crave the chocolate milkshake... I drink about a quarter out of a cold bottle of water, then pour one scoop in my bottle via a funnel and shake the hell out of it. seems to work and I don't have to wash any…

OMG I love all of these!!! I need to steal and post on my inspiration board. Maybe a little less abs (unrealistic for me) but damnnnnnnnn. That girl's butt in the last one? Phenomenal. Thanks for sharing the unphotoshopped pics. Of course they aren't "me" but it proves that it's possible to get here.
-
Thanks! I have been alternating between his hour long Pure Burn and JM "No More Trouble Zones" you are so right and I was wondering the same thing... there is hardly any, almost zero, feedback on the boards. weird... I'll keep at it though. It's the only video i've seen where even the people in it look like they're dying,…

I personally think that makes total sense. I don't think it's wrong to be selfish. I also don't think it should be assumed that everyone wants children. There are other things in life that I can imagine myself doing... like continuing to travel and see the world, retire early, meet my goals. I think I'd be a great mom, but…

You look so incredibly amazing! My body looks almost exactly like this to start and hope I have after photos like these one day. What was your starting and ending body fat % and weight? You look gorgeous.

Thanks ladies!!! It turned out really great... I'm glad it only made two servings because I probably wouldn't have been able to put the rest away. I revised one of my old recipes and tried to make it healthier.... there all sorts of ways you can add to it! Quinoa noodles, tofu, chicken, or any vegetable you like. Even just…

Me to! When I hit my goal (40 pounds away) I want to buy a pair of really ridiculously expensive jeans! Paige's or Citizens, something like that... all those designer jeans look horrible on me right now, can't wait to see my *kitten* in them. That's my goal. :-)

Yeah I'm impatient also, that's why I like the Jergens Natural Glow Express. It's legit self tanner, not the gradual stuff and the color is better as well. I use the lotion, no the spray or foam.
-
I'm an expert on this! I'm always using self tanner before vacations and I love Jergen's Natural Express Self tanner. It's different then the natural glow, gradual tan stuff... I use the medium/dark, but my sister in law uses the light/medium and likes it as well. It's on amazon and not very expensive at all. It makes your…

Thank you for breaking it down for me... the scale keeps going up (4 pounds the last week) and I don't even see how this is possible since I've been going to the gym and eating better (although a little more than I was)... but hanging in there. :-)

Thank you Amnski! No worries, I ignored that immediately :-) Glad you saw this and responded... it is hard to break from the mindset of being able to eat more than 1200 calories. I was on daily plate years ago before this and that's what it said as well. It just has proven impossible to keep the weight off... I'm hoping…
