im doing the insanity program too, tough huh?!? but it varies so much from person to person that you can really only be accurate with a heart rate monitor. i looked on youtube though and found someone who had a HRM doing insanity and she tells you how much she burned after each disc, she didn't have it for the fit test…

CONGRATS!!! I just had my first son 2 months ago and gained almost 50 lbs!!! It would have been nice to have something to keep track of how many calories I was eating then so I didn't gain so much but I didn't find this site until recently. I think just writing everything you eat down helps make better choices, even if…

my personal experience with cheat days are bad. but thats because i couldn't limit my "cheating" i went too crazy! i think people definitely need a break, especially with the holidays coming up but i'd say just one meal (for me at least) if you see results with your one cheat day then don't worry about it :)

i agree! i'd like answers to this as well! usually i just guess but i could be totally off :ohwell:

i agree, add some friends, it has helped me stay motivated so far. and keep up with logging every item you eat and you will not want to cheat as much :) feel free to add me as a friend if you want!

i am in the same exact boat as you! except my goal weight is 140 and i am 23, but everyone said breastfeeding would make the weight come right off super fast and that's not happening to me! i have a 8 week old son :)
-
thank you guys!! really makes me feel better, i just always thought the first week was supposed to be the best results, but i am going to go take my measurements now too! it helps looking at my little boy and realizing it's all for him :) but again thank you for the support, i really needed it!

i go to school and am a new mom so i like doing at home work outs, right now i'm trying insanity. they are about 40 minutes long and a really good work out. or during breaks at work/school you can take a short walk :)

Yogurtland! (frozen yogurt) not healthy, but a good dessert idea with not too many calories for what you get :)
