thank you for the replies! just curious how high the weights should be for a beginner, my mom has i think up to 8 or 10lbs that i plan on borrowing. do i need 12 15 20?

having been asked if i was pregnant THREE times in my life. a couple of those times i didn't even think i was over-weight :( in front of friends too and once in front of my boyfriend. i was so so embarrassed.

ive done both. i tried MFP for a few months and i think if i would have not eaten all my exercise calories it would have worked better for me. (i know they tell you to eat them but i think just for me personally, it didn't work) so far i've done really well with WW. it's annoying to weigh everything and its hard to go out…

hahaha i'm allll about tooting! i like when people do it in front of me because that means they are comfortable around me :) its totally normal and everyone should do it when they have to, and if they smell too bad just go outside although i don't get offended by much at all so i'm sure a lot of people would disagree with…

well i only work out once a day but i only wash my hair like every 3 or 4 days haha, i just use a shower cap. my hair doesn't get greasy looking too easily so i guess thats why i works for me :)

try drinking lots of water, that has helped me when i get dizzy :)

i live in san juan capistrano, south orange county. there are some cool places down here!! one trail leads to a waterfall, i think its called oretega falls :)

ive done the first month, soooo hard but i love it bc you burn a lottt of calories :)

my favorite is: 5 shots vodka added into a sparling flavored water drink (just pour some of the water out first) and then add a crystal light or 2. tastes sooo good and gets the job done :smile: or just shots of alcohol with diet drinks. its still about 60ish calories per ounce though :(

i am a new mom. i weigh 172 and want to get to 140. and i'm 5'8. my recommendations would be to take folic acid and a prenatal vitamin :) its good to start taking that before you get pregnant. and make sure you get the appropriate amounts of all foods. my friend had a difficult time getting pregnant while she was vegan.…

i have the women's F7 because it was decent priced (80ish) on amazon. i like it a lot. haven't had any problems with it so far. but polar and garmin are supposed to be the best brands so you should be happy with your choice!

Polar F7, i did a lot of research and this one got good reviews for the price. it was about 80 dollar on amazon :)
