i have 3 girls and all 3 went through this faise ( they r very small though) i just allways offered friut or carrot sticks and they soon grow out of it, oh and give them plenty of water as thirst can be confused as hunger

im up to day 2 week 2 tomorrow never thought i could run but i am my advice is just to run slow speed will come later

im also in healthy BMI about 3/4 ive lost about 7kgs (not on MFP) id like to get to the lower half end of healthy bmi range

i just worry about added sugar not sugar from fruit, veg or dairy. If u wanted to stay to MFP macros u would have to eat only chicken.

well im 5'4 and weigh 67kgs and am in healthy BMI but i could still see to drop at least another 10kgs without looking unhealthy.

found the prob my height had changed to 1.4 when it is really 1.64:wink: so i get 1710 on maintenance, thats better

i dont know i put in maintain at 65 and it came up with 1240 cals

well i just did calculations on MFP and for maintenance i only get to eat 40 more cals. there goes my i might maintain and eat more for a while. I'm guessing this is it for life, better get used to it.

Great idea i always and frozen berries or dried cranberries before i cook in microwave and add yogurt after cooking
