im 65kgs 162cm tall im doing 30mins cardio and on week 2 of lifting i hear all these great things about heavy lifting but dont know if what i am doing is classed as heavy squats 20kgs 3sets 8 reps Tri extentions 8kgs 3-8 bi curls 12kgs 3-8 Assisted dips 48kgs 3-8 sholder press 7-7kgs 3-8 60 situps swiss ball what do u think

exercising on rest day
does anyone still exercise on their rest days? id like to do some elliptical or go for a walk will it make the running harder?

weight and maintenance
if my goal is to weigh 60 kgs will it be harder for me to maintain at 60 or 65kgs or will it be the same? Like i have to work very hard to get under 65kgs so will i have to work that hard for ever to keep it down ? Or am i better off sticking at 65 which is were i seem to sit with only a bit of work

I have a heart Rate Moniter but it only tells heart rate is there any way to tell calories burn from this? Like heart at 133 for 30 mins =.............. Any help would be great

I know it sounds weard but i make Protien Jelly/Jello 1 packet Weight Watchers Jelly powder 24 cals 1 cup protien shake with water 110 cals Make Jelly with 1 cup hot water when cool and protein shake and put in fridge really good make a big 2 cup serve about 134 cals

i know everyone asks this but i cant seem to get it. i weight 65kgs im 164 cm my bmr is like 1340 do i need to eat this much and then do a bit of exercise? or do i eat 1200 like MFP says? and do i eat my exercise cals if everyone says MFP over estimates? Help its all so confusing

Im eating 1200 cals a day and burning 294 daily, do i need to eat back that 294? and if i do will i still lose weight? The guy at the gym said on 1200-1400 cals i was in starvation mode.
