When I hit 10st 91bs which is the heaviest I have ever been. I hated looking at myself and none of my clothes fitted me. Then my neighbour told me about MFP and how she had lost 20lbs and that inspired me :o)

I'm not sure if oatmeal is the same as porridge oats? But that is what I am having for breakfast and it's delicious made with soya milk and bananas, fills you up and stops you wanting to snack as much.

My happy weight is 9 stones 4lbs which is just about what I would like to be again. Ideally aiming for 9 stones.
