ooh ooh! flavour it with lemon and coriander (also known as cilantro). Its good with grilled salmon and veggies!

Get some cajun spice mix and rub it into them with a teensy bit of oil (if you don't have enough calories for the oil then skip it) then grill it. This is also really nice with salmon instead of chicken.

I don't know about travel size (although you could always just pre-mix it and put it in a little pot or something) but have you considered PB2? It's a low fat/calories powdered equivalent to peanut butter. Happy travels! :)

This sounds pretty silly, but because my "party trick" used to be the ability to down pints of cider on super speed, sometimes if I haven't drunk enough in a day I challenge myself to drink a pint of water in under 5 seconds. Don't judge me! lol

I haven't tried this before (actually put some bananas in the freezer today for precisely this purpose!) but I heard on here that if you freeze a banana then blend it in the blender it tastes just like soft serve ice-cream but is way less calories/fat/bad stuff-hope that helps, I'm a guilty snacker myself!
