Y'all haven't lived until you've tasted Belgium and/or French coffee. I used to be able to have it shipped but the company went out of business a few years ago. We Americans are resilient though and can overcome anything - including American coffee.

I know exactly what you're going through, snha. I find I can't even finish the meals I do eat and, even I know, I'm eating way too little. There are some days I don't feel like eating at all. However, I'm not feeling weak, light-headed, or hungry.

You may still be in Ketosis even though the tests don't say so. It could mean your body has actually starting burning the fat and not "passing" it. I've lost 44 pounds, even though I haven't been in Ketosis since week three.

I drink 16 ounces of lemon water a day, does that count? Otherwise, I don't ingest any fruits, except for the occasional strawberry from my garden.

I don't eat any vegetables. I was told I could get all the vitamins I need from meat and fish. I do take supplements though, just to make sure.

I too don't have a gall bladder, and I had the same issue regarding fat while on Keto. Poultry, seafood and beef contain lots of protein, but are low in fat, so they'll fill you up.
