about 200-300cal every morning. Except for today because it's the weekend and I slept though breakfast. Plus, idk what the hell I want to eat haha.

I personally only eat the whites. I don't care for the taste and texture of the yolk, and I can't imagine using almost 150cal of my 1200cal for 2 eggs that don't fill me up at all. They fill me up almost as much as gulping down some air tbh.

I plan on logging my weight everyday. It can't hurt. It will also show me how my body has reacted to specific eating days. I do it first thing in the morning before I eat/drink anything. And after I use the bathroom haha.

Yup! I just had a 6" garlic fingers for dinner. I'm still under cals by almost 200. You just plan and move things around that day. I have a cheat day every week and it's usually either garlic fingers or McDonalds. Been on here since May 10th and I've lost 4 pounds! You just need to have good/decent days as well :)

No, not at all. It should store that days' information and update it each time she's close to the plugged in charger/charging. She should unplug the charger. I would only use it at the end of the day to log everything, until she figures out what is going on.

Wait.. I thought I understood but I don't. I earned 706 calories on MFP because I walked extra and did an 1 hour and 30mins of gardening. Now, my fitbit exercise calories(the walking ones) are.. going down? They were like 335 because of the walking, but now it's 97 calories?

In that case, I don't think the Eat More To Weigh Less method would work for me. I was eating about that until the last month and a half - I was gaining weight. That's why I went looking for a lifestyle change at the beginning of the month and stumbled upon this site haha.

I don't get it. MPF - 1200 TDEE - 1957 BMI - 28 BMR - 1424 RMR - 1408 ....sooo what the heck am I supposed to be aiming for? lol. So many numbers. I usually eat between 1200 - 1400.
