Awesome - I needed that. I had a good morning and lunch but then the dreaded afternoon took me over and I over ate snacks, but about 2 portions of one and 1.5 portions of the other, then I said HALT. Thanks so much for your post0

Thank you for the blog.... however, since I've managed to gain 40 lbs.... I guess I'm capable of eating all that junk you listed! LOL It does put into perspective the fact that slip ups are ok. Need to post on my fridge, too!!!0

This was awesome and I SO have to remember this! I have dealt with an eating disorder for a long time and it's hard to remember in times like those that food isn't the enemy and I can recover and work hard. That it's NOT the end of the world to have one rough choice.0

Love this post. It's very important to know that a messed up day or 2 or 3 of eating ****ty foods, you can easily get back on track without much harm done. The worst damage is done when you decide to continue this unhealthy path and lose hope.0
