This is awesome! I had this minor freak out this morning, because I started off great, then had a couple of cake balls and ice cream for a graduation party for a kid at work...then I lost it! And since I hadn't drank in over a month, I had a couple of beers...sigh. at least they were light beers right?? haha We all have to remember we are human and are allowed to over indulge sometimes!!

Add me to the list of people printing this out. I don't have these days very often, but when I do this will be a great reminder to not beat myself up and get back on track towards my goals!!! Thanks!0

Great reminder. I have been told this before a few times but I still feel guilty when I feel I overate. Months ago I would allow myself 1 or 2 days where I would go over my calories no problem, no guilt. This past weekend I went to a wedding and I ate without counting and had a couple of alcoholic drinks... I felt so disgusted with myself after, lasted for like 2 days. The feeling of guilt and shame after a binge doesn't help anybody. =(0

Thank you for sharing this information and taking the time to calculate everything. It definitely puts things into perspective. I won't feel so bad about eating more than my recommended calories any more. I'll be printing this to remind myself to get over it and keep moving forward.
Thanks again...:flowerforyou:0 -

I love this post and it's true! You shouldn't feel awful after a day of being bad with your day. It's called a cheat day after all
