    Love this....and this is great for me because sometimes I just wanna have a pity party and throw in the towel and say I'll never lose the weight. What a better way to think.....rewire the brain to succeed instead of failure. :)

    Plus, those numbers only work if you were eating at maintenance the rest of the week. If you've been eating at a deficit all week, you'd have to eat even more - enough to wipe out your week's worth of deficit.

    This is literally exactly what my facebook status is about right now. My day today is too long to make it throughout the day without snacking, and I've been overtired lately, so I think my body is craving fuel. I decided to make today a "cheat" day even though I'm going to be having a cheat weekend due to going away for a friend's wedding, but this reasoning is exactly why I don't feel too bad about it! Even with "cheating" today I don't think I'll go even 1000 over my allotted calories.
