It's probably wrong. Go back in there and tell it you are sedentary and plan no exercise at all, except the 1 minute it forces you, then you will get a more accurate picture of the lowest amount you can eat. If you exercise more, you'll be able to eat more and still lose weight.

Wow, you sound heavy duty. I hear that Olympians have to eat alot of junk food to get to their 5,000 to 6,000 calories a day. Try peanut butter or nuts in general.

Walking counts as exercise. Google the 10 minute arm workout Cameron Diaz, and add that, and you're gtg and hot in your sleeveless shirts. Then, you're up to 30 minutes.

Just use sugar free syrup because most regular syrup is loaded with useless sugar and calories. Or use fresh fruit puree.

Create a "recipe" for your favorite coffee style, looking up the invidual ingredients, and save it, then each morning just add it to your breakfast diary.

I think that with the amount of weight you have to lose, that weighing will help you become more aware of portion size creep. Eventually, you may be able to stop. I don't weigh foods that have few calories like green beans, salad, and 0 calorie foods. You have to measure oil, of course, that's a biggie.

It is absolutely true! if you can just get yourself started, say with two fruits, two vegetables, and a salad a day, you will see that you will get used to those foods, and eventually you will like them, and you will get the health that you have been missing.

I shoot for 15-20 grams per meal and sometimes I get higher, never stress about it.
