For a real waffle you need to beat the egg whites and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Nothing else works, which is why I hardly ever make them. Those biscuit waffles don't tempt me at all. They look gross. But it's a good start towards cooking.

Yogurt will not spoil. I have left yogurt in my lunch bag and eaten it at 3:00 pm and never got sick. Something about yogurt, I guess. Although I knew I was pushing my luck, I have tried it at least twice.

Tried that and I did not lose weight for a month. It went up. I finally got it back down again. Eat the same amount of calories every day until you get to your goal weight, then you can eat your calories back.
