That's amazing that all those bugs wanted to be in the same umbrella in such a short piece of time. I have never seen anything like that, and I work at a vineyard where we have umbrellas to open and close every day. That is just really nasty, I might even have torn off all my clothes. Yuck.

My husband uses Gold's gym. I am not sure if they have classes. A combination of weight lifting and cardio is what you should target. Isn't Zumba cardio and "machines" cardio too?

If you are 300-400 pounds you should ask your doctor before running. You could hurt your joints or ligaments. Walking would be so much better for you for the next 50-100 pounds. I've been noticing that I look like I've lost two or three times the weight I have really lost because the exercise is making me slimmer in the face and healthier looking, plus my skin is looking pretty nice and smooth too. Better circulation!

I hate it and am working on 20 reps of abduction using a rubber band loop attach to the base of my exercise equipment to firm the inner thighs. When I get skinny, don't want my thighs to tough anymore. Definitely feels firmer.
