I use a mayo by Hellman's that has 15 calories. Walden Farms makes a zero calorie mayo. Fat free cream cheese is fun in place of mayo, and it has calcium. I have also heard of plain Greek yogurt used as mayo. Changing away from full fat mayo is a great way to save a ton of calories.

Even diabetics needs at least 130 g of carbs a day. I like the Atkins hazelnut chocolate bar, and that is where it stops. . . I just keep it between the MFP recommendations. Nothing weird, and you'll get there. I hate restrictions!!!!

You could probably fit a beer in the large compartment, a bunch of hershey's kisses in one, and some apple slices in the last one. From one teacher to another, I know what teachers need. LOL

I love the kind that you will find in my diary this morning. It's only 50 calories a slice and it's whole grain, which is what you want to look for. You will need a mandolin to slice it lengthwise and the right thickness, I loooooove mine and use it every day for making salad, a good one can be a little expensive. If you can, go to williams sonoma.
